Five miles on the bike just now, inclines a struggle and my chest was hurting. I did it though. Parks not as crowded.

Edit didn’t wear my mask, felt like freedom but back to reality.

Day 1 of my quest to get my form back (and top it), just did back + biceps
Curently at 242 lbs, Im aiming for something between 209-220

For those of you who have routines with a lot of supersets, how do you manage to get through if the machines or stations aren't close. Will I lose anything by just doing each exercise separately?

I think supersets are kind overrated but when I do them, I just leave some of my shyt at each machine/rack and just move back and forth. These bytches know wassup. :birdman:

Ate a pizza yesterday and having another Thursday (40% off :ooh:).
