I think taking preworkout earlier in the day caused me to be up til 3am.6 mile jog/walk up hills in the heat![]()




For those of you who have routines with a lot of supersets, how do you manage to get through if the machines or stations aren't close. Will I lose anything by just doing each exercise separately?
