follow that guide brah, the drinks are what put you over ur numbers the fastest

cut everything with liquid calories(aka drinks) and youll shed weight quick

sore as hell but i will do this workout tonight..its just weird doing all this not on IF like i had been for the previous 12 weeks..but i had to finish these easter leftovers...but after tonight..no gym for 10 days...im gonna give my body so much needed rest..thankfully no injuries that have to heal up

Just got back from the gym hurt so good:steve:


My squats are really getting better.

The first set is always blah :wtf:

Then the second set when i open up these hips and really drop it like its hot :shaq: is just amazing.

Man the feeling when your really do a squat right >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You feel the raw power all over your body. When you come up its like damm this is what i do it for :obama:

Got 3 reps of 185 on flat bench today. Considering when i started 135 was a struggle ill take that. 225 by the end of the year is the new goal

I feel so weak this week. Could be bc I haven't taken my creatine, But I'm having a hard time adjusting my work out to this new night check hours. I go home in 2 weeks It's gone be all body work outs till I get back.

Started eating smaller portions and replacing the portion that I cut off with vegetables and a fruit.

Now I have a good diet to go along with my workout. I'm ready bytchezzzzz

Started day 1 of Harley Pasternak's Body Reset program. It's 15 days split into 3 5-day phases. I saw him on Cityline and bought the kindle on a whim...*wonders what I got myself into*
