So two days ago this is what I ate in one sitting:

(1) 4 large homemade cheeseburgers with homemade buns, basil pesto dressing, spinach, and tomatoes
(2) A cereal bowl filled with homemade cooked chickpeas
(3) 6 hard-bioled eggs
(4) Two large whole avocados
(5) 8 oz. of sauted white mushrooms with cooked spinach
(6) 2 baked sweet potatoes
(7) A large plate full of raw Kale and steamed Brocolli with homemade dressing made up of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey
(8) Large bowl filled with mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mango, apple, etc.)

I also cook all my meals on the stove top with coconut oil and extra virgil olive oil. That adds loads of healthy fats to my meals.

It took me about 3-4 hours to consume the meal in its entirety. I ate about 70% of it in the first hour. But the last 30% was extremely hard to eat over the last 2-3 hours. I eat this way because it optimizes the body's hormones.
That’s not remotely close to 6,000 cals

He just randomly jumping between IF, prolonged fasting, and Keto :hhh:

I ignore what he says since he thinks 5’11 155 is optimal for aesthetics while using Brad Pitt as the goal like there aren’t significantly better examples at higher body weights.

:dahell: Fukk outta here.

The 4 cheeseburgers alone have me at over 3500+ calories.

These patties ain't no minis breh. Each patty is roughly 8 oz. of grass fed ground beef. I try to eat only organic foods and avoid processed foods as much as possible. That's why I even make the buns myself. Add to that the oils I cook them in as well as the heavy fat basil dressing I fukking cover the buns with and you're looking at a meal of incredible caloric density.

There's a reason it took me 3-4 hours to eat this meal. It was a lot of food. I estimate it at 6,000 cause the amount of fruits I eat at the end varies from time to time based on my remaining stomach capacity.

No. I've never done intermittent fasting or keto. Keto is the dumbest diet possible. I eat lots of carbs and protein. I induce ketosis by fasting. I don't do it by avoiding carbs.

Carbs are necessary for building up muscle glycogen reserves. That is what gives you energy in the gym to do intensive lifts. No carbs = weak workouts

I've only advocated for prolonged fasting paired with a diet made up of natural foods (i.e. fruits, vegetables, meat/eggs). The frequent eating and processed foods is why people are so unhealthy.

You can’t run this film flam in here chief. 4 oz of grass fed ground beef runs roughly 240 cals. I can math so that’s 1,920 cals on the protein. Maybe you realistically squeeze another 800-1000 out on buns and condiments but still short. Even if you weren’t short there isn’t another 2,500 cals in the rest of that meal.

Further those burgers are bigger than a 5 Guys burger so we are supposed to believe you ate four of those and then the rest of the meal? Fukk outta here.

I know his game and that’s why I’m systematically proving the falsehoods.

I promise you that my burgers were bigger than 5 guys. 5 guys double patty cheeseburgers are small compared to my homemade burgers. Especially when it comes to the buns.

FTR I eat this way because its the only way to fast for 72 hours at a time and not lose weight at a rapid pace. I essentially try to cram 3 days worth of eating in one sitting. Its definitely uncomfortable. Like I said earlier. About 70% of the meal is plesant and I consume it pretty quickly. The last 30% is essentially me force feeding myself to the point of almost being sick. Sorta like those competitive eaters. I definitely do not enjoy it. But its neccesary to make gains.

You are further proving my case

I won’t even getting to the fact that your are essentially eating for 4 hours straight hours spiking insulin but but some how that’s better is than some one having 3-5 twenty minute or less meals.

You can leave now bruh.

I follow that up with 72 hours of fasting dumbass.

What you don't get is any amount of food that is high in carbs or protein spikes your insulin. Its the frequency of eating that matters not the quantity. One small strawberry eaten every hour will spike your insulin throughout the day. The worst thing you can do is eat small meals throughout the day. You still spike your insulin and don't get a full satiating meal.

You need to study up on fasting more. You sound very ignorant with this post. The reason so many people lose weight with intermittent fasting is because they take advantange of these long periods of insulin being low. I simply push it further with prolonged fasting.

But Swag you still haven’t shown where a legitimate 6000 cals is coming from in that meal. Conquer that first before trying to pivot elsewhere. I’ll cover the rest when you can prove you what should be an easy bar to clear if you were really doing it.

Also watch your mouth with that “dumbass” remark.

I already did. 3500 calories from the burgers. 2500 from the rest. Give or take 200-300 calories based on the cooking oils used and the fruit intake.

With that said, fukk 6000 if that is your hang up. I don't even count calories like that. I just eat as much as I can until I reach my max on the refeed days. I was just curious one day as to how many calories I was consuming and estimated it to be around 6000.

Calorie counting is unneccesary. The key is to eat as much nutritous foods as you can in a tight eating window that allows you to fast for 72 hours.

You aren’t getting 2,500 from the rest of that.

You just admitted you estimated so now you’ve went from firmly stating you eat 6,000 cals in one meal to support your method to saying it was an estimate and now not necessary.

You can’t even support your claims on what you personally eat but expect others to follow your hack advice............
