Don't do this big bro. All of the :flabbynsick: folks I know who try to eat like birds and go HAM in the gym end up looking terrible. IMO your macros are way off and if you are in fact exercising like you say you are, you're prolly not fueling your body enough by trying to skip out on food.

I honestly think your best bet would be to do either a dexa scan, bod pod, or and InBody scan and figure out how much body fat you have and how much you want/need to lose. I don't think the mirror test is gonna cut it for you, you'll just keep at it until you waste away.

You just admitted you estimated so now you’ve went from firmly stating you eat 6,000 cals in one meal to support your method to saying it was an estimate and now not necessary.

I've never given a fukk about counting calories. I just know its something most you fools do so I estimated my intake once just to see about how much I was eating. You can change the number to whatever you want. It doesn't matter to me.

What matters to me is my fasting length and my nutrition intake. I eat as much healthy nutritous food as I can in one sitting to do continous 72 hour fasts. That's all.

You seriously sound ignorant as fukk thinking you can't do an intense workout after a 36 hour fast. For the record, I only workout 2 times a week now. Try to target it for 24-36 hours after I eat.

When you eat lots of carbs, the first place the body stores those carbs is in the muscles and liver as glycogen. Once those are filled, the excess is stored as body fat. The muscle glycogen is then released by your body as energy when you work your muscles. So as long as you eat a carb heavy meal, you will easily have sufficient glycogen in your muscles to have energy for a great workout 36 hours later. Especially when you have adapted to prolonged fasting like I have.

You only run into energy issues if you decide to workout the following day with your muscle glycogen depleted. That's why I only workout twice a week. I target my workouts with my stores of muscle glycogen in mind.

I don't lie about my workouts bro(I know you're not saying I do) I legit train like I have a fight coming up. Im gone look into one of the scans though. Working out is my stress relief/ anger output

You presented zero facts and can’t even give real data on what consume. So you can try to make this about reading comprehension and start with the name calling but the reality is your claims aren’t supported by anything and you can’t find a single source or person to support your basic premise that hasn’t already been debunked.

How do you think steriod users get the results they get? They don't inject themselves with excess protein. They inject themselves with excess Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and excess testosterone. Muscle does not grow without stimulus and protein to build and repair. When YOU don’t eat and only train twice a week you are not getting these actions. It doesn’t matter if your HGH and Testosterone are a Ronnie Coleman levels if you don’t train and feed the muscle. HGH and Testosterone are not singular builders of muscle. You are literally promoting putting a fuel enhancer in a car but not putting in gas or turn the car on. All you are doing is sitting in the drive way with a new wax job.
