If you have never fasted before expect it to be brutal. You're essentially gonna be detoxing your body off its food addiction.

I would suggest not going crazy with the water. I did that during my first fast and it depleted the electrolytes in my body. Drink salt water to keep your electrolytes up.

I got there at 8, which before the rona wasn’t the most packed time of day, but it was a little less than pre-rona times. They’re limiting capacity until the end of the month. It’s a pretty big gym tho, so everything is spread out.

Wasn’t overly packed. I’ve been in Targets and grocery stores with more people, and those stores didn’t have sanitizer wipes and liquid hand sanitizers everywhere around like at the gym. Nothing to be scared of.
