On a whim I went on the target website just now and was able to order two dumbbells for pickup in the morning :ahh:

Feels like I won the lottery :russ:

But they are charging a bag for these shyts the heavier you go. I don’t even remember what the price of these were before corona mania. It is what it is. Got the pair for $85 with tax and I’m gonna use hell out of these shyts.

Even when gyms open up here in the city I’m not fukking risking it. People here are on some other shyt with no masks and not giving a fukk. Just happy to have any kind of weight at this point.

It’s weird because recently I can see my stomach going down but the punk ass scale don’t agree.

Was coming in here to whine about this :to:

clothes fitting better and been doing core workouts daily so that’s tightening up, but the scale is trolling the fukk outta me by being down 1 one day, up 2 the next and not just going down. (I’m a person who weighs daily and know when I’m losing I’ll see a general trend down). I’m getting activity everyday and eating 1000-1500 cals each day, why won’t my body let me be great :sadbron:

only thing I can think of is I’m not getting enough water since working at home, this has always been the case, I drink more at work then I would working from home. Maybe because I don’t want to blow through toilet paper peeing a million times a day, but I’m gonna try to get back up to 100oz a day and see if that gets things moving

they announced gym re-opening July 13th

where i am today is not bad, didn't fall off big time, just smaller and less definition but not a huge swing

i'm doing a ton of outdoors stuff (biking, long hikes, playing at the park with my son and wife, he's at the age where we're playing basketball, soccer, etc..

garage workouts are meh, motivation to do them is very low but i do what i need to do to stay afloat
