If you’re really trying to find a quality pair of running shoes that fit you, you need to visit (or call up) your local running store and have your stride examined for the best fit. Lots of good brands out there, but if you want something to put miles in on, best to get a professional fit and find a shoe best for the terrain you plan to run on.What’s the best running shoes ?
