Keeping calories around 1500-2000 at most.
Every other day 2 mile run and 150-200 push ups and core
Monday did 1 mile 150 push ups then had a 2 hr combat sambo class
Yesterday was 2 mile push up day
Today worked on muscle endurance
5 min jump rope
3 1 min bench sets
4 1 min 50lb curl sets
3 1 min squats
5 min core circuit
Tonight back to sambo training
