my IF schedule was eating between 9 am and 3 pm....after that it was water and shakes..sometimes yogurt or actual fruit...but i only did it on my gym days Mon-ThursOne thing I love about IF is that I don't have to deal with this issue anymore. Eating is set between 12pm and 8pm so I can't get any extra snacking in. Lawd knows I used to make those quick runs to 7-11 when the cravings hit![]()

It was easier to follow when I had to be out the door by 7:30 am and I didnt get back home until sometime after 9 pm
But im home all the time now
