One thing I love about IF is that I don't have to deal with this issue anymore. Eating is set between 12pm and 8pm so I can't get any extra snacking in. Lawd knows I used to make those quick runs to 7-11 when the cravings hit :francis: :mjcry:
my IF schedule was eating between 9 am and 3 pm....after that it was water and shakes..sometimes yogurt or actual fruit...but i only did it on my gym days Mon-Thurs

It was easier to follow when I had to be out the door by 7:30 am and I didnt get back home until sometime after 9 pm


But im home all the time now :beli:..it gets harder

Not eating bullshyt is easier for me at home. I don’t buy it (often) and when I was in the office, we had crazy snacks. I’d kill like 10 red vines, 1-2 bags of chips, dark chocolate almonds, random snack mixes, etc. I don’t keep fun snacks at home - just yogurt, fruit, protein bars and nuts

Depends on what you by sticking to and what the overall goal is

I'm trying to get cut up like a bag of dope! :lolbron:

But im thinking if I stick to my macros and kcal 6 days out the week, but have a hamburger on the weekend and stay below my kcal limit but no way I could hit my macros because fat gonna be like 50%.

Look at it this way:
  • If your macros are dialed in on three meals a day (adjust as needed to your actuals) that is 21 meals a week
  • 1 meal is 4% of your meals for the week. That hamburger isn’t going to hurt you. Especially if you are under cals for the week.
We could dive deeper but you shouldn’t worry to much about it.
