I honestly do bruh
I try keep it under 1500 daily
Some days I have a cheat meal but not full blown days

Same here it’s time. I never pawged before.
Protein has different amino acid compositions across the board. To the best of my knowledge red meat is the best across the board meeting of the quality is good. Anecdotal but I always had the best results adding lean mass by varying my protein sources each day.

:lupe: I eat 2oz ground beef every day just to hit my fat macro target. The rest is chicken breast. Might have to up the beef and cop some 96/4 ground beef.
