Protein has different amino acid compositions across the board. To the best of my knowledge red meat is the best across the board meeting of the quality is good. Anecdotal but I always had the best results adding lean mass by varying my protein sources each day.I been eating lots of red meat lately, and my muscles actually feel hard for once. Can’t find any science on this but is there any correlation?
