Brehs i need help. Counting chicken in my fitness pal is confusing, some say those numbers are the raw weight. I bake all my chicken breasts together. So obviously I weigh it cooked.. What nutrition numbers yall got for cooked chicken breast [4oz]. For some reason I feel like the 1 im logging aint right

Yeah four oz cooked is 23-24 another half not that at 6 oz is roughly what he’s sayingMaybe. Looking on calorieking.com, it seems like chicken breast should have close to the cals you stated
