Any of y’all in the DMV? I’m looking for a trainer out there, I’m spoiled. I paid 500 flat to train with my old trainer 4x/wk when she was thru the studio, 250 for 3x/wk when she went independent. And my other trainer this year was only $25/session. I know I’m not gonna get the “that’s the homie price” but some of these people asking for 100-120 a session :camby:

I get that not everyone wants to be a PLer or BBer, but I wouldn't only hit them once a week.

One normal session plus a second focused on hypertrophy, speed/explosiveness, or what have you would be better IMO. :ehh:


Plus training them once a week seems like it'd lead to greater DOMS. :picard:
