Today did shoulders and back
Then cardio and conditioning at the house
Ran a mile then tire slams flips drags and carries
Finished up with 3 min on the battle ropes

All on that POWDA

Dude in my gym who went low carb and has dropped a good amount of weight is talking to a trainer about not seeing his abs and needing to work in resistance training.

A. Can’t diet down to reveal what you don’t have
B. Bands and cable machines ain’t going to get you there either.

I understand gloves but those clamps do most of the work. Dude at the gym didn't have his hands on the bar and's lifted the weight

I told my brother in law I went walking with my daughters( wind up being over a mile) he gone holla about"oh that's it get your cardio up. Im doing 2/3 miles easy"
So I invited him to do the rest of my workout from today and it was crickets:pachaha:
