Raining like shyt. Gonna hit this stairmill at the apt gym, hit arms for a few sets, come back to my place do abs and a spin class.

Amazing game today. Was raining pretty hard and the surface was mad slippery. Passes and touches had to be tight.

My cardio is really improving. Played full field today and even with crazy sprints I held up well.

Upping the weight on leg days got my quads stronger and my sprints much more explosive.

No goals today though :beli:

I wanna get a ride in, but going out tonight and don't wanna fukk up my hair. :snoop: went back to flat ironing my hair after years of wearing it natural, but my curls might be due for a comeback, never had to choose between sweating and my hair back then

edit: fukk it, that's what blow dryers are for :yeshrug:

I’m cutting and realizing now what these natural lifters like @Alphadestiny and @scottherman are talking about when they feel small when lean. I haven’t even unveiled the 6 pack yet but ready to scrap that and bulk to 200:patrice:

In a vain way I miss the looks I got in street clothes when I was bulked up. But I feel like Rock Lee when he dropped the leg weights rn :russ:

Biggest I got was 197. Felt big, looked good to myself and others, and my arms actually looked decent:wow:. Boutta say fukk natty life and hop on steroids:wow:only getting lean cuz lately people (including other men:dame:) have told me I should get into modeling and I want that coin. Just gotta get the abs first:mjcry:bulk up for me breh:mjcry:

Dropped about 9 in the last month during my trip. Feels batman. :mjcry: Hate being this small and weak (6'1", 196 rn).


Biggest I ever bulked to was 213 lean. :wow: Had randoms coming up and asking me workout questions, and the bishes loved it.


Goal is to permabulk until 225 and compete down at 220. :ehh:

Brehs I just came in to say I don't really respect socalled lean brehs who 154 ish.

For me skinny lean guys are not in the same conversation as brehs who in the 200lbs/90KG mold.

Like my Cardio is beast mode, then I lift heavier(not ego lifts) and longer than you.

Overall it takes 3 proper meals to maintain that physique.
Which means more Cardio and a far stricter dietary regiment.

It's also feels so much harder to run and sprint carrying that weight.

I'm sick of skinny scrawny lean brehs giving TERRIBLE training advise.

Get to grown man first, then we can talk :unimpressed:
