Brehs I just came in to say I don't really respect socalled lean brehs who 154 ish.
For me skinny lean guys are not in the same conversation as brehs who in the 200lbs/90KG mold.
Like my Cardio is beast mode, then I lift heavier(not ego lifts) and longer than you.
Overall it takes 3 proper meals to maintain that physique.
Which means more Cardio and a far stricter dietary regiment.
It's also feels so much harder to run and sprint carrying that weight.
I'm sick of skinny scrawny lean brehs giving TERRIBLE training advise.
