set out to loose 5kg a month and been at it since sept. Looks like i’ll make it by summer, lost soo much time being fat and insecure and having low self esteem because of it.

5kgs a month?....... how much are you eating?.... don't lose that fast cause you gonna end up with loose skin and that ain't a look that can be fixed easily...

the doctor did say it was retarded using the same training program back then when I was 170kg but I was like

If I had the space I might, but I don’t. Where I go is adequate for my goals at the moment. I know that home setup you have is super convenient.
Better invest in a power rack and a barbell set...
