@Spliff have u ever tried doing 6sets of the depleted workouts in a row? so like 6/15 or is that frowned upon? i swear my second 3/15 on incline bench had me questioning life.
I always did 3sets of 15 twice. Doing 6 sets once would burn way too much for me, especially leg press.

No it's not frowned upon. You can do depletion workouts a lot of ways as long as you get the same total reps/time-under-tension for each muscle.
