@Spliff have u ever tried doing 6sets of the depleted workouts in a row? so like 6/15 or is that frowned upon? i swear my second 3/15 on incline bench had me questioning life.
Abs everyday or not? I been doing them everyday a total of 320 in sets of 40 but now those 40 are getting tough, I'm wondering if its because I am doing them everyday.
