Couldn’t do legs yesterday because of work. Now I’m doing upper and lowers today
Soccer tomorrow in the AM and this field is further away (12 mile round trip bike ride)
I’m bout to be cooked by tomorrow afternoon. But this is the whey
My body is getting used to handling more stress anyway now that I’ve been consistent with biking, lifting and soccer. I’ll be resting Sunday anyway.
It really is. I used to try and do both cardio and weights in the same session but by the time I did 20 mins on the bike, my lifts later into my session were shot. Having my cardio as my commute has made all the difference. I also don’t rush my lifting sessions anymore.

Cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening is great for those who work remote. I’m trying to knock out everything (cardio + weights) in the same morning session but I’ve heard splitting them up is beneficial for both
