I know y'all benching elephants and shyt but I've made the 3 plate deadlift level :mjcry:

Baby steps. shyt can be addictive though. :whoa:
"Fear God, not heavy weights." :hhh: :upsetfavre:

Also, regardless of your leg genetics, squatting only enhances them. I'm all legs too and I've had bishes miring my legs. I didn't build those from leg extensions, which are overrated btw, but a perfectly acceptable accessory exercise for quads.

One plate is female status where I'm from. :shaq:
Two plates is fukkboy status. :camby:
Three plates is junior bro status. :smugbiden:
Four plates is you actually lift status. :salute:
Five plates you become a physical god. :lawd:
Six plates you become legend. :duck:
(This all assumes you hit depth and doesn't account for geared lifters.)

Yeah, you coming off that rack if I want it and it's less than three plates on the bar.

To the wise sages of Mount #Powda I seek divine guidance. @Son Goku @Ol Man Skrenf @The ADD and #PowdaBoy excommunicado @Gully Bull I need some feedback on my squat cause I'm having some issues when the load is on my back.

Here is my squat in 3 videos from different angles, I have an opinion on what's happening, but I figure let y'all watch it before and form your own opinion without it being guided by some idea. My ideas are below the vids.

So when I'm at the top of the squat I feel like all the weight is disproportionately being held up by my right trap. The red line in this pic is how the bar "feels" on my traps. Almost as if the left trap isn't doing anything.

At the bottom of the squat my right spinal erector feels as if it is taking on the majority of the load. When I succeed at getting a good brace in it doesn't feel as one sided, but maybe cause it is already feeling extra taxed compared to the left it still feels as if it is doing more of the work.

The weight is what one would call "hoe weight"... I agree.... :mjcry:...... but I prefer to get my shyt down pat at this weight so Sage Mode can be reached in peace.... :blessed:
