It's bad in the sense that they only have smith machines which means you never learn to lift properly there. That said, most people just want to be in decent shape so it’s the perfect gym for the average person.
I didn’t believe in the deadlifts. Heavier rdls were the missing link in my training :jbhmm: Salute brotha.

I was in the gym this morning thinking about that. My goal is to hit 600 before the end of the year but I shouldn't downplay a 500 lb DL. I think sometimes we forget how much effort it takes to do some of the things we do. Whatever I hit, I'm going to celebrate it.

And nobody can just walk in the gym and 500 casually. Gotta have strength and the technique.

Not related but two of my female friends are damn near turning bro down to taking creatine and it’s beautiful :banderas:
