Been awhile since I took an in person yoga class but im glad I did. Nice to see familar faces and a lot of the poses felt like exactly what I need. One of the elders gave me a handful of honey cough drops :pachaha:

Practiced on my own tonight. Felt really therapeutic. Since I transitioned to working out more often I forget how beneficial it can be to get some light movement and breathing in

Running in 100 weather after my big boy leaves me drenched fr

I’m moving to a complex that’s in my old neighborhood and local to actual neighborhoods, like sidewalks and shyt in November so I’ll be able to start back running, and it’s closer to the pool Y. We start parent-child swim lessons in two weeks so I def plan on both of us exercising like that.

I wonder if he will like tumbling or soccer when he turns two

1st Round Playoff Exits
Another very solid Saturday. 95 mins of soccer and 8miles of cycling. I swear my weekends are never the same if I don’t get in my early AM soccer game.

Funny story, I was at a wedding last night told this babe I was talking with I had to dip.

She was surprised like 😲 “why are you leaving so early”

Told her ball is life :manny: need to get home at a respectable time so I can get some rest.

She texted me this morning like “did you actually play or were you just trying to run away from the dance floor”

I showed her a pic of my apple watch activity and she was like “ohh you were serious lol” :pachaha:

Will prob take it easy on Sunday. May or may not get in a light 15 mile ride before the afternoon day parties.

Monday I’ll get in an early morning Memorial day soccer game and shift my lifting to Tu-Fri

We continue to move
:pachaha: i have rules regarding this but do you.

If this keeps you grounded and out of “trouble” as well then lean into it.

Turned up quite a bit during this MDW but I was still very active. 6.5mile run Fri, soccer on Sat and Mon.

All in all May was a good month. Jun and Jul I will deff do a heavy cut on drinking just to make sure I’m still making good progress. Just keep it to when I have dates with the ladies.

I do like that my nutrition and exercise framework is very solid, however. Just need to keep an eye out on the small empty calories that sneak in here and there.

By end of June I should be roughly halfway through my cut and for the most part right on schedule. Just keep an eye out for the weekends.

Sometimes I’m too regimented, I need allow myself to enjoy life, not always consider the next move.

I feel you on this one but I feel I need this period of extreme regimentation. Summer is usually when things get loose if I’m not on top of everything.

Honestly gonna plan out my social calendar for summer to keep things tight

Went from 70 to 80 reps per. I'm kinda puzzled at how I see myself improving with everything except for pull-ups atm. Trying to figure out what I can do about that. Monday and Tuesday in the books. Back at it Thursday :ehh:

Negatives and holds have helped my pullups more than anything
