Finally back at the gym after being out of town Friday - Wednesday. Legit missed going. You can definitely see
Attendance picking up as more people join and New Year’s approaches.

I did get some movement in out of town. Friends had a Pelton Tread and other equipment and the hotel gym.

I slept on walking lunges for far too long. Now that I’m taking a break from squatting I’ve been doing more lunges. Today’s gym session was brief but the lunges got me a good workout given the time.

Got my PT schedule for the new year down pat. This groin/nerve issue will be put to rest and I’ll be stronger in 2026.

We move.

I do them every leg day now, always as a warm up and sometimes it’s a working set.

Implemented Zercher Squat/Deadlift/Marches into my routine, yeah they're definitely keepers.

Tried Zercher split leg squat, damn near fukked myself up :dead:

Save those for the future.

Can’t find the post but wanted to hit 5K minutes on the Peleton Tread this year and knocked that out with a few weeks to spare.
Love using an elliptical bike, I usually try to get 2 30-minute rides on my off days from work and usually try to get a 5-10 mile ride on 3 other days as well.

Covid year put me on and I've been doing them ever since.

I really feel there is a gap in the fitness lane as it seems all the black influencers just selling shyt or trying to be on some philosophical shyt. Seems like the lane Chris Jones had with day in the life of a nikka that lifts got replaced by all the teeny bopper Tren Twins shyt lol.

I think it depends on who you are watching. I mainly watch powerlifters these days, some of them do try to sell you things/coaching, but they do tend to keep it minimal. I usually just skip those portions of the vids.

I guess for context I been in the gym heavy well over a decade, so I dont need YT for advice, more so saying there are no cool Black personalities you can turn on and just have in the background as background noise while you multi task at work or in the crib if that makes sense. Seems that land is mainly just white boys now. For example there is that one dude Obi Vincent who has been around forever but dudes personality is boring as shyt even though he has well procured vlogs, like he is unrelateable
