Damn, haven’t thought about that program in a minute. Might need to run that now that I’m settled in at this gym.After all these years. PHAT is still my favorite workout routine. Such a well designed program.
I decided to give myself a mental and physical break from squatting and deadlifting super heavy. That shyt takes a toll on you after while. Good to get back to something that doesn't beat my body up as much and gives me a day to focus purely on back and shoulders.Damn, haven’t thought about that program in a minute.
