Pulled up this AM and the parking lot was packed. Wasn’t too bad once I got inside, benefits of a really large space.

The filming tho……..recording yourself on a chest fly machine from 15 feet away across a walking aisle is insane.

Damn, haven’t thought about that program in a minute. Might need to run that now that I’m settled in at this gym.

Good mention
I decided to give myself a mental and physical break from squatting and deadlifting super heavy. That shyt takes a toll on you after while. Good to get back to something that doesn't beat my body up as much and gives me a day to focus purely on back and shoulders.

Slowly healing from this bytch ass tennis elbow….. it’s getting better tho

I made great progress this year …. Started my diet and fitness in May and I never stopped ….. went from 195-155 pounds and totally recomposition my body
I usually do a scoop of 5gs with my pre-work out before my workout.
