I went and finally found an app I can use on my phone and haven't looked back, been using JeFit and definitely like that it has a large list of different lifts plus demos of the lifts so I can see how to do them before trying.
I just use Google Keep. Used to use Evernote but I hit the note limit for a free account :russ:

Getting a lot of compliments on my weight loss now. Last time I checked. I was 266 but that was almost 6 weeks ago. The goal is 205 so I have a long way to go. Not worried about it though. Just locked in on the process.

I’m notoriously bad with dates. So I looked up the day of my last body scan. It was actually 9/16 not six weeks ago :skip: Weighed myself this morning. I’m 250 :whoo: I’m down 30 lbs. 45 lbs to go.

Cut out drinking liquor by 95%. I used to drink multiple times a week. Compared to now, maybe 6 - 8 times since September.

I’ve been in the gym consistently for years so that hasn’t changed much (5 - 6x a week).

More consistent with walking on the treadmill before workouts. 20 mins at 7 incline 3.5 speed.

Biggest change was the addition of peptides (Retatrutide, Klow) & TRT. That helped with cravings, recovery, lean muscle building & is most likely the biggest factor in me giving up alcohol.

Edit* for reference. I was 215 before I started drinking on a regular basis.

Do you think you could have been successful without the peptides and TRT? What I mean is do you think because you added them that you were more determined to be successful?
