I went and finally found an app I can use on my phone and haven't looked back, been using JeFit and definitely like that it has a large list of different lifts plus demos of the lifts so I can see how to do them before trying.
I just use Google Keep. Used to use Evernote but I hit the note limit for a free account :russ:

Getting a lot of compliments on my weight loss now. Last time I checked. I was 266 but that was almost 6 weeks ago. The goal is 205 so I have a long way to go. Not worried about it though. Just locked in on the process.

I’m notoriously bad with dates. So I looked up the day of my last body scan. It was actually 9/16 not six weeks ago :skip: Weighed myself this morning. I’m 250 :whoo: I’m down 30 lbs. 45 lbs to go.

Cut out drinking liquor by 95%. I used to drink multiple times a week. Compared to now, maybe 6 - 8 times since September.

I’ve been in the gym consistently for years so that hasn’t changed much (5 - 6x a week).

More consistent with walking on the treadmill before workouts. 20 mins at 7 incline 3.5 speed.

Biggest change was the addition of peptides (Retatrutide, Klow) & TRT. That helped with cravings, recovery, lean muscle building & is most likely the biggest factor in me giving up alcohol.

Edit* for reference. I was 215 before I started drinking on a regular basis.

Do you think you could have been successful without the peptides and TRT? What I mean is do you think because you added them that you were more determined to be successful?

That’s a loaded question due to the psychological affects of all of them but I’ll try to answer. I’ve lost weight just from diet & will power in the past but the past few years I was not able to due to drinking. I also go out a lot now. That wasn’t the case before.

The combination of the effect of retatrutides affect on bingeing (food, alcohol, drugs) because it rewires your neuron pathways can’t be stated enough. Then when you add the fact that I’m paying all this money for trt peptides etc but cancelling it out with alcohol. It gets to a point where you have to give up one or the other. Also, some ppl drink due to being anxious or nervous. TRT assists with that.

So to answer the question. Yeah, I think I was more determined to be successful because the real test is always. “Will I have a drink” when I’m out or chilling with friends etc. it’s a lot easier to say no with all of the supplements, but it’s really just will power, discipline, etc.

Wasn't sure I asked the question properly but you gave me the exact response I was looking for. Thanks.
