Dawg...the amount of strength that left because of my leg injuries is crazy...like you said, one day at a time. Different seasons for my fitness goals.Strength slowly coming back. Pretty depressing to struggle with weight that use to be part of your warm up. Got to stay motivated and take it a day at a time.
back to my AM workouts.
My internal clock is back to waking me up @530am.
Feels nice to be done with the gym before 730/8

I'm just overall more successful in life when I get my workout done in the AM. Whether soccer, gym, jump rope, cycling, or even 40 mins on the treadmill like this AM...
. Goals stay the same just have to getting back to where I was and build from there.
