7:30am PST, another 8/10 leg day in the books. Squats felt great. No back twitches and little knee pain.

My Tuesday workouts are usually a grind. Mondays I do a 24hr fast (just water and black coffee/tea) for personal reasons so the only exercise I do is a 2.5mil walk on the treadmill with an incline (like to keep the routine of going to the gym).

Early Tuesday AM I’ll break the fast with some overnight oats and a banana for energy.

Regardless, strength is holding up and fat is coming down. Feeling a lot more dialed in this past couple weeks.

But that reposado had my sleep a bit disrupted and I felt it today when lifting :francis:

Was a bit tired between sets but still got a solid workout in at the end of the day.

Still pushing up weight though. 245lbs for bench and 90lbs for DB incline press. 225lbs for BO Rows. I imagine then next 10-15lbs cut may see my lifts plateau a bit but let me cross that bridge first.
