I hate men who abuse women but I can only do so much to get men to stop abusing women and women can do their part as well to help limit the amount of cases of abuse by not letting these men get a chance to do it by cutting them off as soon as it happens or if they see signs of it possibly happening.

the person who exploited their position is the abuser
people shouldn't physically harm the people who trust them, it's wrong
it's important to me that people who do that stop doing it

I noticed that too.....I used to do it back when I worked retail and I still kinda do it now. It's sad but, we have a negative stereotype, so you feel you have to be kinder to people to put them at ease. I remember when I used to work at a bookstore, I would treat white people and black people with the same level of kindness because I hated people who sucked up to white people but, treated black people distastefully. Your example with all of those extremes doesn't cover all cases of domestic abuse.

There are cases in which is as simple as leaving yet she still as hope in the abuser changing.
