Suns in 5. They lucked up and have the best possible path to the WCFs. Punchers chance to the finals.

Time to blow it up. The next GM (hopefully they are competent) needs to get back any assets they can and start over.

I’ve only been watching Booker closely for about a year now if I’m not counting his previous playoff runs with Bridges and Co.

#1 issue I see with him is that he’s just not physically dominant as a player. Very skilled, but he doesn’t have that 1 of 1 type of athleticism that you need in order to be a sure fire top 5-10 player in the league. Either that or you gotta be otherworldly shooting the ball. I thought he’d take a leap this year but nothing doing.

As far as this iteration of the Suns. #1 issue they have is they probably have the worst C rotation of any team expected to do anything in playoffs. And their only playable wing is 35 years old and is also the only one who can reliably get his shot off vs a tough defense, and on top of that he’s the only guy in the starting lineup who is at least average defensively.

Just not a good formula

Yeah it’s just a wrap for the superstars of the ‘10s. And I think Booker is a tier below the new crop that has arrived.
