start lifting weights and sign up for some type of combat sport. I got a bunch of books i can reccomend too. I have a site you can download pretty much any book.

what do they do when you first enter a combat gym?

i used to prefer just black but now idc anymore. other races seem to go out the way to strike a convo more or compliment me. they’re more forward in my limited experiences.


i also passed up on a lot of deliberate advances looking back trying to be a dr. umar type of dude. this was mostly before instagram popped off

Try to find a boxing or mma gym. Start going twice a week. This book helped me a lot called man's search for meaning. It's about a psychiatrist who survived being in a nazi prison camp. You can download it free here but I recommend buying it. Man's Search for Meaning. Basically anybook about pain and suffering and how it creates a man and a man needs to go through it to become a diamond is what I reccomend.
