No matter how weird, quiet or nerdy you are, you can find a woman to match your personality. You got many nerdy, square, quiet women & interested in gym too. You just have to find a woman that matches your lifestyle or has similar interests to you.

This game is easy when you follow the rules, dress good, stay in shape, get a nice haircut & facial hair that matches your face.

Women are easy to talk to, just encourage them to talk about themselves by asking open ended questions, talk to them about their interests, talk to them about the current news or gossip events etc. Talk to them about their drama in their family, friend, work life etc.

Flirt with them in between, tell them they are beautiful, sexy in that dress, hairstyle etc throw a few sexual innuendos etc Buy her flowers or chocolates whatever she's in to (if that's your official girl)

i used to prefer just black but now idc anymore. other races seem to go out the way to strike a convo more or compliment me. they’re more forward in my limited experiences.

Try to find a boxing or mma gym. Start going twice a week. This book helped me a lot called man's search for meaning. It's about a psychiatrist who survived being in a nazi prison camp. You can download it free here but I recommend buying it. Man's Search for Meaning. Basically anybook about pain and suffering and how it creates a man and a man needs to go through it to become a diamond is what I reccomend.
