You have to put in some inital effort to get them after you but the end goal is have them chasing you because its much much easier to dictate the direction of the relationship. It might seem like a small thing now but small things snowball if you ever get seriously involved with someone. thats why you do simple ass dates to start because even if shes a simple ass girl if you start out blowing bank on her out the gate shes going to expect it and now you stuck.

Here's the reality unless he got a legit reason to keep her from leaving he shyt outta luck he can go to attorney general and see what they say or ask a lawyer doubt he get answer he wants unless he disable
Also take the L and just be constant contact with his kid and enforce the visitation duties they gave him when she gets out of line with seeing the kid which tends to happen eventually and then get a lawyer to get new visitation outline that can favor him more days due to her not following the rules but have proof she isn't following the rules with a police report
