Starting my push to be in hooping shape by the summer. Got a Sauna suit and played basketball for an hour and a half and didn’t die. Also limited to one sugar beverage today and none throughout the rest of the week. Also no unhealthy snacks and no candy(the hardest thing). I did this last week and my girl can tell. Thing is consistency because I’m extremely busy.
what's the point of stuff like this? is fake water weight loss (like shyt you'll gain back as soon as you eat a couple pieces of bread and rehydrate....not the "real" water weight loss that comes from weight loss over time) actually helpful for anything than wresting/boxing weigh-ins and bodybuilding contests?

What’s y’all thoughts on a deload week? Do y’all do deloads?



I been hitting it pretty hard and consistent with steady forward progress but now I’m getting sluggish and all my joints are starting to ache a little.. I plan on just taking it easy for a week if only just for a mental break. Just dnt want to get burned out mentally or physically:manny:

Rest or just go light...

But sometimes you do need to just not go...

I don’t sweat crazy when I workout so it’s just to make me exactly sweat and keep my muscles warm while working out. Also I don’t eat bread when I’m exactly getting in shape or do much sugar. Trust me it’s like the people that wear long sleeve shirts and long sleeves on the legs but much more intense.

Also better than wearing a waist trainer

Going to switch up to PPL 6 days on 2 days off then repeat. On the 2 days off I'm going to do cardio. Will switch back to 3 Day full body 3 day cardio once I get lean and have a hard time losing weight.

Just picked up a new tank of propane :smugdraper:

Thinking about getting a real small charcoal grill for my place as well, my bigger coal grill is at my parent’s spot. Coal isn’t convenient for weeknight dinner but it’s so much better than a gas grill
