Kinda just superset in between my regular exercises.

But usually try and get:

Dips - 5 sets, 6-8 reps
Pushups - 3 sets, 25 reps
Assisted Pull ups/Chin Ups - 4 sets, 8 reps
Knee/Leg Raises - 4 sets, 20 reps with 10 sec hold on the last rep

I play as a striker so I need to be explosive and maintain strength. Gotta cut more weight to improve my stamina especially when the summer season starts and leagues start playing full 11 v 11 plus 70 min games. You'll be surprised when you run like 5-6 miles in a single game.

Soccer looks so fun...

It really is. You get a lot of cardio without even thinking about it. The game is always in motion and it doesn't really require a lot of set up. You still need to maintain strength because contrary to popular belief, the game is quite physical. People think of soccer players as frail and small, but some of them are quite big. Example (L to R, Lukaku and Pogba,

Right now the competitive league I play in on Wednesdays is full of guys that played D1 soccer like 3-4 years ago, so it's pretty competitive. I remember the first season I played with them, my cardio shot through the roof just trying to keep up. Summer I usually play 3-4 times a week.
