I straight up had no idea that was a thing.
Lifts were easier...and even the cardio was easier (Saturday I was struggling on the treadmill).

Pretty much a perfect cheat meal imo.
What do you consider a good cheat meal?

This is my second cheat of 2019...not sure if I should make it a every week thing...or biweekly/monthly.

Asking because im about as lean as I ever been...still have that lower belly fat to lose though.

A good cheat meal is under 2500 calories. I say have one once a week as a reward if you work out at least 4 days a week.

Man it's crazy the difference I felt today doing standing overhead press after some dynamic stretching. How did I not know about this until now. No wonder I've had such elbow/wrist issues in the past:mjcry::wow:

Sad to say, but after over ten years, next Monday I'm moving to another gym. Just not logical to stay at the one I'm at but I'll surely miss it. :mjcry:

Gonna have to adapt to different equipment, which may be older, and just new faces and everything. It'll be an adjustment the first week for sure. Hopefully they atleast up to par with the one i go to now. :francis:

Current one is a 3.4 on Google and new one is 3.6. Both with about 250 reviews. Just gotta enjoy my current gym for this week and then see what happens at the new one. :manny:

Yep

People can argue all day about a cheat meals but at minimum structure in so you can training all out the following 2-4 days.

Mayne folks out here trying to workout off eating an apple and a cup of water and wonder why they aint got energy for workouts.
No matter what kinda cut, bulk, or whatever you need food to make any kinda progress.

Dudes don't even be trying anymore.

I don't know how many times I've seen guys throw a bunch of weight on the bar and just bend their knees a couple times.

But if they see someone actually hit depth (not even ATG) they go, "My knees hurt if I squat that low." :wtf:

This one is interesting because I’ve never seen her squat before and she just started hitting reps.

other than making sure i keep myself accountable, bushing my trainer for a bit has been a good look. loving just being in my own world during my workouts. totally forgot how much better it is to be in control, have your music, not need to engage others, etc
