A good cheat meal is under 2500 calories. I say have one once a week as a reward if you work out at least 4 days a week.I straight up had no idea that was a thing.
Lifts were easier...and even the cardio was easier (Saturday I was struggling on the treadmill).

This is my second cheat of 2019...not sure if I should make it a every week thing...or biweekly/monthly.
Asking because im about as lean as I ever been...still have that lower belly fat to lose though.

People can argue all day about a cheat meals but at minimum structure in so you can training all out the following 2-4 days.
IndeedMayne folks out here trying to workout off eating an apple and a cup of water and wonder why they aint got energy for workouts.
No matter what kinda cut, bulk, or whatever you need food to make any kinda progress.
Shout out to the woman that jumped in the rack this morning hitting 155 for depth better than most dudes that train here in the AM

This one is interesting because I’ve never seen her squat before and she just started hitting reps.Dudes don't even be trying anymore.
I don't know how many times I've seen guys throw a bunch of weight on the bar and just bend their knees a couple times.
But if they see someone actually hit depth (not even ATG) they go, "My knees hurt if I squat that low."![]()
