getting shaky with the am workouts, but still hitting the gym nonetheless. this morning was supposed to be a body weight/cardio workout, but couldn't get out of bed. going to make this afternoon my endurance leg day and do today's workout tomorrow morning.

gotta try to fit in stairs or hills once a week, not sure how i feel about having to warm up outside to make this possible tho

you be having the dumbest conundrums, take a lukewarm shower then...just enough heat to not have your little man shriveled (not sure how much smaller yours can go tho :francis: )

Forgot I left my headphones on the charger at home by the time I got to the gym. That shyt was terrible. Had to listen to some top 40/pop rock bullshyt they were playing in the gym and hear my breathing and all that shyt. :scust:

How often do y'all clean your headphones? Them shyts get fonky if you sweating in them.
i never smelled them, i clean them because they get ear wax/dust on them

how many sets yall do? really been working on my routine lineup, want sat to be a full body workout just to hit all the major muscles groups. 3 is just so ingrained in my head, but are some exercises better for 2 sets, 4? 2 sets for isolation moves...3-4 for compound?

I aim for 4x10 or 4x12 on most workouts
