How often do y'all clean your headphones? Them shyts get fonky if you sweating in them.

lol @ being bothered by your breathingForgot I left my headphones on the charger at home by the time I got to the gym. That shyt was terrible. Had to listen to some top 40/pop rock bullshyt they were playing in the gym and hear my breathing and all that shyt.![]()

I aim for 4x10 or 4x12 on most workoutshow many sets yall do? really been working on my routine lineup, want sat to be a full body workout just to hit all the major muscles groups. 3 is just so ingrained in my head, but are some exercises better for 2 sets, 4? 2 sets for isolation moves...3-4 for compound?
