Bad news brehs... After losing 40 pounds, I gained 6 pounds :sadbron:


I'm just gonna lie to myself and say I gained six pounds of muscle :lolbron:

I count calories, eat healthier snacks (Like Watermelon) and I still somehow gained weight.


I also been taking a new anti depressant and some of them have weight gain as an side effect...

I didn't use my usual scale at the Mall (Its way out in Staten Island and I live in BK) I weighed myself on a store display scale at Bed, Bath and Beyond and it said I weighed 208 pounds. Only reason I don't buy an home scale is it would be cause me to be obsessed with my weight.

My legs are so heavy from squats on Wednesday. Made it worse by going for a jog yesterday. Today is pure rest, although I may go for a short walk. I'll be playing soccer tomorrow so there's that.

Side Note: Cold Shower season is back!! :blessed:

how many sets yall do? really been working on my routine lineup, want sat to be a full body workout just to hit all the major muscles groups. 3 is just so ingrained in my head, but are some exercises better for 2 sets, 4? 2 sets for isolation moves...3-4 for compound?

- made a circuit workout that damn near :dead: me. Not sure if I made it too hard, every move was for a min vs for count, or if my conditioning is bad. It was supposed to be four rounds, made it thru the second circuit of the third and was already at 50 mins and dead, had to call it a day...well went to spin spin afterwards

- fukked up getting this kale spinach blend, was trying to be fancy when I need to just stick to spinach in my recovery smoothie...fukking grass tasting ass kale :francis:

- I’ve rolled my hams 3 times this week and did stretching and them bytches still sore
