By far my biggest weakness when it comes to food.every time I buy nuts (Almonds/ Pistachios) I remember why I stopped buying them...

Super setshow many sets yall do? really been working on my routine lineup, want sat to be a full body workout just to hit all the major muscles groups. 3 is just so ingrained in my head, but are some exercises better for 2 sets, 4? 2 sets for isolation moves...3-4 for compound?

Me neither...I gotta feel light before I work outI pretty much would never train after eating. Just can't really do it.
5/10 Rating?Probably my worst game of soccer today. Legit should have had 4 goals. Missed 3 one on ones. My movement was bad sluggish. DOMS from my squats was still had an effect on me.

me. Not sure if I made it too hard, every move was for a min vs for count, or if my conditioning is bad. It was supposed to be four rounds, made it thru the second circuit of the third and was already at 50 mins and dead, had to call it a day...well went to spin spin afterwards
