this first week back in the gym after being off for 17 days was interesting. My new routines are all written up but I was like let me gradually switch over. Usually it was all in on the first full week of the new year. But being more cognizant of flaring anything, I am doing my old routine until I shake off the minor rust. Next week I'll prolly go all in. i notice something weird as I'm doing my running. Usually I run a minimum of 2 miles...around the mile mark..i start getting this weird stomach cramp and it doesnt go away. until i switch into the second part of cardio is which is fast walking on intermittent speeds on an incline immediately after a run for about a mile, mile and a half , then it goes away. i stretch like a motherfukker and made sure i'm plenty hydrated...shyt's weird...hopefully this is like a temp thing
