My bench numbers slowly going up :takedat:

I know a big reason is doing bench first as opposed to saving it for last wen im worn out

I still can't get in the habit of planting my feet right to help push up the weight, I know that's costing me a rep or two :unimpressed:

Form downpat and weight will increase...But if you. Don’t get your form down well sometimes your muscles can outpace your tendons.

Wife and I put in work on sprints and burpees like crazy today. Incorporated jump lunges. Went hard on my pull ups and chin ups too. Getting better on the speedbag. Dropped two more pounds. Might hit my target weight within two weeks.

no time for cardio this whole week but having very explosive and intense strength training

i don't think i've gone a full week without cardio since August but ironically I feel tighter and grainier.

gonna get back to my regular cardio schedule next week.

I usually wear oversized sweaters in the gym i ain't that gym bro who rocks stringers and shyt

but i copped a slim fit mid length sleeve under armour tshirt yesterday and let me tell you, delts was showin, arms pumped, chest pokin..i can't front i might cop a couple of more of them :heh:

i used to rock stringers in the gym but then I got big on not having my skin touch gym equipment because people are nasty
