My bench numbers slowly going up
I know a big reason is doing bench first as opposed to saving it for last wen im worn out

I usually wear oversized sweaters in the gym i ain't that gym bro who rocks stringers and shyt
but i copped a slim fit mid length sleeve under armour tshirt yesterday and let me tell you, delts was showin, arms pumped, chest pokin..i can't front i might cop a couple of more of them![]()
Breh trust me I wipe down everything before I jump on therei used to rock stringers in the gym but then I got big on not having my skin touch gym equipment because people are nasty
