Second week of 10k swing challenge done. Soreness in glutes/hams have gone down. Grip still feels like :damn: on those fifty rep sets.
Focused on some of my cues this last workout and it felt the easiest, hope this isn't just one time. Especially since I'ma chill on the preworkout now:patrice:


Really going to start my rest periods on feel rather than time since I think my work capacity is starting to get better and have a better idea on integrating my other exercises.

Gonna be starting with my new company in a few weeks. I'll move my workouts to the morning to accommodate for the time zone difference (they're behind a few hours). Been a while since I've done fasted workouts. Let's see how this turns out.

now that I work out after 3 meals which is usually around 3pm I can never go back to fasted but you gotta do what you gotta do!

Third day back in the gym after two weeks off. The attendees are different. Nobody really in there doing clown shyt.

Other than that though, deadlifted yesterday. Working my way back up. Did a double of 350 and then some 4x5 or 275. Just trying to get them lock outs and keep the form tight and consistent.

Today we bench again. Taking our time with that. The gym is such a slow grind. Very very slow grind. You have to stay consistent.

Tomorrow is mobility, kettlebell and cardio. I’m feeling good. Hope y’all are too.

Stepped my cardio up in the gym last week . Last night couldn’t even sleep my hamstring/calf’s were hurting so much :mjcry:

My CNS is so fried I immediately crash at like 6 pm, only to wake up at 11, 3 hours before my first alarm goes off. :russ:

Then I can't go back to sleep. :mjcry:

Edit: Off two scoops of this C4 and it ain't shyt. :dahell: :camby:
