Third day back in the gym after two weeks off. The attendees are different. Nobody really in there doing clown shyt.
Other than that though, deadlifted yesterday. Working my way back up. Did a double of 350 and then some 4x5 or 275. Just trying to get them lock outs and keep the form tight and consistent.
Today we bench again. Taking our time with that. The gym is such a slow grind. Very very slow grind. You have to stay consistent.
Tomorrow is mobility, kettlebell and cardio. I’m feeling good. Hope y’all are too.
