Gyms at 33% capacity here in the city and at some you gotta make an appointment just to get in but I’m not fukking with it at all.

Gonna take some time getting used to it. I really wanna find something sturdy to hold on to at the crib so I can do leg raises. Any brehs who can shed some light on this please chime in.
Glad summer is on its way out. It was hard to run outside when it was 85 degrees+ so I’d do 5am runs to avoid the sun. Ran every day in August and minimum 3 miles but nothing over 5 miles just so I could do it the next day. Speed is coming back thankfully. as of now I’m on track to run every day in September and try to bump the mileage up a little.
