Yeah. I ended up getting in both elbows. I had to get cortisone shots from the doctor. It’s going to continue to flare even with rest so I would get it checked out if you can.Smh I’ve been training hard since may man and I think I have tennis elbow smh ….. I can’t even do a fukking lat pull down without my left elbow fukking with me smh
I’m sad as fukk man …. This shyt killed my momentum.

It’s been so long I don’t remember specifics. I basically stopped doing movements that would aggravate it which for me are/were standard pull-ups. I still feel weakness when I do those, even assisted. Other than that no issues since getting the shots and removing that movement.Yo @The ADD how long did it last for ?
You know what’s crazy I think pull ups probably caused this …. I’ve been going hard since may and I think ever since I started pull ups I think this pain started….
